I recently rediscover Feldenkrais technic

It is an approach that I know for very long time. But, I though it is borring and not very effective. So, I didn't pussh too far my study.

Few weeks a go, I started to read about it and to watch some video produce by an Austrian on youtube : Alfons Feldenkrais with Alfons. I dis some of his video and in a very short time, I saw a difference in my neck and in my posture.

Feldenkrais make us aware of how we move. It bring us to realise how we do it. It also focus on relaxing movement to get more ROM and free movement instead of stretches.
